Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager-Operations-HR-CBS in Mumbai. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage back-end compensation work for hundreds of clients. Design creative solutions for specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans. Develop techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting data. Provide services across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements. Deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex problems. Work collaboratively to achieve business objectives. ### Job Requirements Graduate or MBA degree. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing back-end compensation work for hundreds of clients. Strong knowledge of payroll and payroll-related compliances. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems.
