Assistant Manager Housekeeping

• Supervising Housekeeping Staff: Assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and conducting training for housekeeping staff.
• Maintaining Cleanliness Standards: Enforcing hygiene and cleanliness protocols, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Guest Service: Addressing guest complaints and special requests, contributing to a positive guest experience.
• Staff Scheduling and Management: Creating and managing staff schedules, coordinating replacements, and addressing staff issues.
• Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborating with other departments, such as the front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintaining records of inspections, supplies, and other relevant information.
• Training and Development: Conducting orientation and in-service training for new and existing staff members.
• Ensuring Safety and Security: Enforcing safety and security procedures, reporting maintenance defects, and ensuring a safe environment for staff and guests.
• Problem Solving: Investigating and resolving complaints, addressing conflicts, and finding solutions to operational issues.
• Leading and Motivating Staff: Inspiring and motivating the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
