Assistant Manager Housekeeping

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Housekeeping to join our team at Fortis Healthcare Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and be able to oversee the daily operations of our facilities.

• Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to prevent cross contamination and ensure patient safety.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and industry standards.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, infection control, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Familiarity with hospital information systems and software applications.
