Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Housekeeping to join our team at Destination Hotels, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of work experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader Housekeeping.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing day-to-day operations.
  • Train and supervise attendants and team leaders.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to guests and owners.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Implement effective housekeeping procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader Housekeeping.
  • Possess good communication and customer relations skills.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control are required.
