Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Housekeeping to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer needs.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, inventory management, and staff supervision.
