With a strong focus on delivering seamless and memorable travel experiences, we have become a trusted choice for holiday packages among Indian travellers.Within Holidays, the Group Desk – (HNI and Corporate) function plays a pivotal role in driving group travel business through referral-led and direct sales channels. It focuses on building and nurturing partnerships, ensuring seamless handling of group inquiries, and creating value-driven solutions for both customers and partners.
About The Role
This role requires generating new business enquiries by nurturing existing customer relationships as well as acquiring new clients. It also includes meeting customers regularly to understand their business needs and deliver optimal travel solutions. Building strongdestination knowledge will be key to pitching effectively and creating value for clients.Alongside customer engagement, the role also emphasizes revenue management—balancing business growth with customer delight to ensure long-term success.
What Will You Be Doing
- Recording sales trends and developing sales strategy.
- Active funnel review to monitor business pipeline with regards to the budget assigned.
- Ensuring revenue optimisation on closed sales deal and negotiating best pricing to close large deals.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create tailored group holiday proposals that align with client needs.
- Supporting the complete sales cycle for group bookings, including itinerary design, pricing, and closures.
- Representing Holidays at corporate visits and delivering sales pitches to drive business opportunities.
- Maintaining effective communication and follow-ups with clients to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.
Qualification & Experience
A postgraduate degree from a reputed institute, with 3–6 years of experience in business-facing roles in a similar profile.
