Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager – Gasket Engineering located in Sonipat. The role involves supervising and managing engineering projects, leading technical teams, overseeing the integration of new engineering processes, and ensuring timely project delivery. The Assistant Manager will collaborate across departments to optimize engineering operations and maintain product quality and performance standards.

Role Overview

You will work on end-to-end gasket development from material selection and drawings to process setup and validation — in close coordination with management and production teams.

• Key Responsibilities

• Develop

  metal, rubber-coated & composite gaskets

• Support

  CNC cutting, die cutting, rubber beading & coating

  processes
• Interpret drawings, samples & cross-reference requirements
• Select materials based on application conditions
• Support testing, validation & continuous improvement
• Act as a technical interface for customers & internal teams

• What We’re Looking For

• 7-10 years experience in

  gasket development or manufacturing

• Exposure to automotive, HD, agri or industrial sealing
• Strong understanding of gasket materials & processes
• Practical, execution-focused approach
