Discover 137 rooms and suites, 10 dining experiences, two pools, wellness rituals, and the timeless care of the Raffles Butler.We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager for our Front Office team in Udaipur, India. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations of our hotel.
  • Lead and inspire the Front Office team to deliver warm and personalized hospitality to every guest
  • Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints
  • Optimize hotel occupancy and average daily rate to maximize revenue
  • Implement and maintain brand standards and operating procedures
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Train and mentor front office staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage front office inventory and supplies
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks and reports
  • Stay informed about local attractions and events to provide guests with valuable information

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a hotel front office setting
  • Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., OPERA Cloud)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to guest satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated commitment to driving customer loyalty programs
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Adaptability to various work situations and ability to multitask effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • Multilingual skills, particularly in languages relevant to the Udaipur region (preferred)
  • Knowledge of local tourism, cultural attractions, and customs
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
