Assistant Manager - Fresher @ Bank

*Graduation or Post Graduation from any stream with 50% and above
*Candidates who have completed Graduation / Post Graduation are eligible * 10th, 12th & Graduation should be in regular mode (Correspondence, Distance Learning, Vocational, Open Schooling are not allowed) * Graduation Degree (10+2+3 Pattern) is Compulsory * 50% in 10th, 12th & Graduation* Good Communication Skill in English is must* 2 Years Gap in Education allowed between 10th & Graduation

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:

    • Assist the Branch Manager in the administration and daily operation of the branch.
    • Ensure the branch's daily/weekly/monthly reports are accurate and complete.
    • Oversee cash handling procedures, including vault balancing and teller cash drawer audits.
    • Maintain compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
    • Act as the Branch Manager in their absence, including opening and closing the bank.
  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Support the branch in achieving sales goals for various bank products and services (e.g., loans, credit cards, savings accounts, etc.).
    • Actively engage in business development activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
    • Identify and pursue potential business sources to meet established goals.
    • Cross-sell bank products and services to customers based on their needs.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management:

    • Provide a high level of customer service and promote a positive service culture.
    • Address and resolve complex customer requests, complaints, and account problems.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for escalated customer issues.
  • Team Leadership and Development:

    • Supervise, coach, and motivate branch staff (e.g., tellers, customer service representatives) to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Participate in the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of employees.
    • Create and manage employee work schedules.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings to provide updates on policies, procedures, and performance.
