Job Description

Defines Food & Beverages standards regarding quality of product & service.
To direct & guide the Food & Beverages team in providing highest level of hospitality to guest & ensure a high standard of food & beverages to patient & in all the outlets as per standard,in order to achieve maximum guest satisfaction & organizational profitability,in an atmosphere of high employee morale.
Develops new concept of services & methods to achieve organizational objectives,
Identify & develops new products ,equipment & amenities to enhance the product quality.
Ensures that department achieves the highest standards of quality in food production, services and hygiene.
Ensures that all the employees in the department adhere to the hospital policies.
Ensures that the best quality of raw material and cost effective equipment is procured by the organization.
Directs the organization of work within the department,including assignments,time schedules & vacations.
Develops training program and schedule for F & B staff in collaboration with the training department ensuring department employees are fully trained.
Ensures attendance on behavioural and vocational training in service,Kitchen and stewarding and personally conducts major training.
Going beyond the call of duty to satisfy patient need
Attends promptly and efficiently any guest complaints in area of responsibility.
