Program Details

This program will give the candidate an insight & exposure across various functions of finance during the period of 1 year.
During this period the candidate will be assigned projects/assignments across various finance verticals. Each project assignment will have an objective of learning and contribution, followed by a formal review of the project deliverables at the end of each assignment.
As the finance function is spread across, the participants should be willing to travel to Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore based on the project requirement.
During this period, the candidates will get to interact with various finance leaders and be mentored by a finance leader.
Post completion of the first year a formal review of the candidate will be done, and the candidate will be placed, considering the available positions and candidate’s area of interest.
