Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support real estate projects, including sales projections, cost analysis, and profitability forecasts.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses aligned with project timelines and milestones.
Analyze financial data, market trends, and competitor performance to provide actionable insights.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics basis the periodic performance.
Collaborate with project teams to review financial implications of design, construction, and marketing plans.
Assist in investment appraisals, cash flow analysis, and funding requirements.
Support in preparing financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Work closely with the accounting team to oversee accurate recording of financial transactions under budgeted heads
Drive the automation of Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Identify opportunities to integrate technology solutions and streamline financial data consolidation.
Evaluate opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements

Preferred candidate profile

Any BCom/MBA/CA with 2 to 3 of experience in business modelling and financial analysis in real estate industry.
