Job Description

Role & responsibilities Treasury Management: Manage day-to-day cash flows, fund requirements, and ensure optimal utilization of working capital. Monitor and manage bank balances across multiple accounts. Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, forex deals, and other treasury transactions. Banking Operations: Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions. Ensure timely execution of payments, fund transfers, and LC/BG issuance. Handle bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Loan Management: Monitor loan disbursements, repayments, and interest schedules. Maintain proper documentation for loans, overdrafts, and other credit facilities. Ensure compliance with covenants and timely submission of reports to lenders. MIS & Reporting: Prepare periodic treasury reports and cash flow forecasts for management. Assist in preparation of Treasury MIS and dashboards. Support internal and external audits related to treasury and banking. Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal financial policies. Implement and monitor internal controls for treasury operations. Support statutory and tax audits with treasury-related data. Preferred candidate profile
