Position: Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts (CA Qualified Only)

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare

  monthly financial statements

  , P&L, balance sheet, project costing sheets & MIS.
• Oversee

  project-level accounting

  , revenue recognition, budgeting & forecasting.
• Conduct

  variance analysis

  , cost monitoring & financial performance reviews.

Statutory Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure accuracy and timely filing of

  GST returns, TDS returns, income tax compliance

  .
• Review tax reconciliations, working papers, audit schedules & statutory standings.

Audit, Controls & Governance

• Lead statutory, internal & tax audit processes.
• Establish and monitor

  internal financial controls (IFC)

  .
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Banking, Treasury & Fund Management

• Manage

  cash flows, project funding, loan documentation

  , and banking operations.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions & external consultants.

Other Responsibilities

• Support management in financial planning, project feasibility & investment decisions.
• Participate in policy formulation & process improvement initiatives.

Who You Are

• A

  qualified Chartered Accountant

  with strong analytical & financial reporting skills.
• Well-versed in

  IND-AS, GST, Income Tax & real estate project accounting

  .
• Strong command over

  Excel, financial modelling & ERP/Tally

  .
• Confident communicator capable of working with cross-functional teams.
