Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support and coach field sales executives to drive daily performance.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets and KPIs.
  • Plan and optimize territory coverage and routing.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to boost retention and growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity for strategic input.
  • Assist with training and development of field staff.
  • Track performance metrics and report to senior management.
  • Resolve field issues and customer concerns efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales execution.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories as required
