Key Responsibilities: - Manage large to mid-sized engagements or workstreams to assist clients in resolving critical issues during the transaction lifecycle - Support key decision makers in developing and executing transaction strategies to secure deal value - Lead projects across various technology functions in deal and non-deal environments - Establish regular connectivity and reporting with regional TSE partners and build relationships with EY offices globally - Engage in larger SaT projects, propose potential technology interventions, and develop solutions to cater to market needs - Provide insights based on technology expertise, industry knowledge, and best practices to support transactions related projects Qualification Required: - Post Graduate degree in business management from a premier institute with 3-5 years of consulting experience - At least 4 years of experience in Transaction Strategy, Technology Strategy, or Technology Transformation in a top-tier consulting firm - Experience in Technology aspects of the Transaction lifecycle, including Due Diligence, Post-Deal transaction lifecycle, and Technology Strategy - Familiarity with Technology Cost optimization, IT Budget forecasting, Cloud Economics, and IT Org sizing (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.),
