As a Senior Manager Cloud Strategy & Advisory Lead, you will lead client engagements aimed at defining cloud-first, cloud-smart, and hybrid cloud strategies that drive digital transformation. Your role involves guiding clients through intricate decisions related to multi-cloud adoption, cloud operating models, FinOps, transitioning from legacy infrastructure (e.g., VMware), and cloud governance while prioritizing business value, security, and compliance. Collaborating closely with client executives, technology leaders, platform providers, and EY's global teams, you will deliver cloud advisory services aligned with enterprise modernization and transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading advisory engagements on cloud strategy, hybrid/multi-cloud architecture, data center modernization, and cloud governance frameworks. - Shaping client transitions from on-premise and legacy platforms to cloud-native ecosystems that cater to business and industry requirements. - Developing actionable transformation roadmaps encompassing cloud adoption, cloud exit strategies (e.g., VMware), operational models, security, compliance, and cost optimization. - Guiding clients on the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., containers, AI workloads, edge computing) into their cloud strategies. - Ensuring that cloud recommendations adhere to global and regional regulatory, privacy, and security standards. In addition to client delivery and engagement leadership, you will be involved in practice and offering development, team leadership and capability building, as well as business development across global markets. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics from a recognized university (e.g., B.E./B.Tech). - Master's degree: M.Tech or MBA with specialization in Information Systems, Infrastructure Management, or Technology Strategy. - Public cloud certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Certified Architect. - FinOps Certified Practitioner would be an added advantage. - 12-16 years of experience in cloud and infrastructure consulting, transformation programs, or enterprise architecture roles. - Demonstrated success in leading cloud strategy, infrastructure modernization, or cloud adoption engagements. - Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), hybrid cloud, containers, and edge/cloud-native patterns. - Familiarity with infrastructure cost models, FinOps frameworks, business case development, and optimization levers. - Proficiency in modern tooling in IAC (Terraform, Ansible), AIOps, CMPs, Cloud Health/Apptio, and FinOps platforms. - Experience advising on risk, security, compliance (e.g., NIST, ISO, GDPR), and resilience in cloud transformation. - Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, COO, CISO) and translate business goals into technology strategy.
