Job Description

Duties & responsibilities: · Sales Forecasting · Enquiry Generation (as per sales forecast) · Enquiry Handling - Order finalization - Order follow-up · Order to Cash Cycle - Order registration & confirmation (payment confirmation if applicable) - Routine query handling regarding delivery of orders - Preparation for dispatch · Payment follow-up & confirmation if applicable · Pre shipment formalities - Dispatch (related to logistics) - Post-dispatch formalities - Receiving from CHA & forwarding documents to client - Routing documents through bank if required (i.e. in case of L/C or D.P. terms) - Getting confirmation from client regarding receipt of shipment and payment follow-up for any pending amount. - Accounting for agency commission if applicable · After Sales Support - Query handling regarding issues / information related to shipment - Routine follow-up with regards to usage of felts & performance feedback (particularly for new customer & customers who have faced technical issues recently) · Maintenance of MIS Records - Documents for business review meeting · Agents Management - Co-ordination related to renewal of agency contract - Co-ordination required for timely disbursal of agency commission · Management of Government Incentives, Queries, Claims pertaining to export of goods or Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) · Resources / Stakeholders Resources - ERP - Business Practices · Management Approvals · Sales Policies (Price, Payment terms, Delivery terms, lead times and booking cycle) · Agency Agreements External Stakeholders - Sales Agents / Partners - Customers - Other Intermediaries - Consultants Internal Stakeholders - Internal Employees Candidature: · Strong interpersonal skills · Tech-savvy and experience with Excel, word processing and email programs · Active listening and good communication skills · Proactive approach to problem-solving · Ability to multitask · Strong time-management and organization skills Qualification: Add on advantage - Graduation from Pulp & Paper/ BE Textile Experience: 4 ~ 6 Years.
