Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager at EXL in Jaipur, your primary responsibility will involve people management, process improvement, and client management. You will be responsible for ensuring high client satisfaction scores (C-Sat), employee satisfaction scores (E-Sat), service level metrics, process/people performance, and maintaining attrition within target levels while enhancing quality and productivity. In this role, you will manage teams to meet quality and productivity targets, develop strategies to reduce attrition and enhance employee satisfaction, and drive process improvement projects. You will also work closely with Process Owners to lead service delivery for assigned F&A processes and engage in performance review meetings with clients. Your responsibilities will include being a Subject Matter Expert to ensure a deep understanding of F&A concepts and effective client management. Ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and information security standards will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be involved in monthly performance reviews, appraisals, and development processes for team members, as well as driving reward and recognition activities. As an Assistant Manager, you are expected to provide leadership to a team of managers, team leaders, and agents. You should possess a balance of technical, team management, and leadership skills, along with a strong understanding of the US T&L Business. Effective communication, presentation skills, and a customer service orientation will be essential for success in this role. Furthermore, you should have a good understanding of the domain needs of the process and its key drivers, business perspective in the outsourcing industry, and exposure to the T&L Services sector. Your role will also require strong knowledge of process, experience in an outsourcing environment, good networking capability, and client-facing skills.
