Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - Engineering to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective engineering solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to procure high-quality materials and services.
  • Analyze data and reports to optimize engineering processes and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in engineering management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
