Assistant Manager, Electrical Engineering & Instrumentation

As an Instrumentation and Control Systems Assistant at the company, you will be responsible for the following: - Assisting in the design and implementation of instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes. - Preparing and reviewing P&IDs, instrument lists, loop diagrams, instrument specifications, and control panel layouts. - Tracking progress of instrumentation-related tasks against project timelines and assisting in resolving execution bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery. - Supporting in managing vendors and contractors for instrumentation scope, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of the project. - Assisting in the commissioning of instrumentation and control systems including sensors, transmitters, control valves, analysers, and safety instrumented systems. - Coordinating with various cross-functional departments like civil, mechanical, electrical, automation, QA, and EHS teams to ensure integrated project execution. - Having good exposure to preventive & breakdown maintenance activities. - Having knowledge & exposure for qualification & validation activities as per 21 CFR. - Preparing & maintaining documents like URS, FS, DQ, IQ & OQ & SOP etc and supporting during regulatory inspections and audits. - Preparing & maintaining the calibration matrix & performing the calibration activities. - Having a basic understanding of BMS & EMS system & being familiar with various process equipment of OSD, Injectable & Utility Area. - Using tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office, SAP, etc. - Demonstrating strong planning and cross-functional communication skills. - Maintaining high discipline in schedule adherence and issue resolution. - Being eager to learn, with developing analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Being a team player with a strong execution focus and attention to documentation clarity. - Having the ability to support discussions with regulatory, validation, and audit teams regarding instrumentation.
