About the Team & Role:

To Succeed in this role, you should have the following:

You will be responsible for:

Develop, monitor and motivate the team to achieve higher goals.

Monitor day to day activities of the department and ensure targets are met on time.

Coordinate with production and warehouse departments for better planning of dispatch activities

Ensure timely order processing and dispatching of the customer orders
Manage the receiving and dispatching of goods, verifying quantity and quality Manage logistics operations and timely departure and arrival of deliveries Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
