Senior Executive - Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) service providers and transport vendors to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues, delays, or transportation bottlenecks.
• Plan and optimize routes to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery timelines.
• Maintain and update logistics-related MIS reports, delivery schedules, and inventory movements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, sales, customer service) to fulfill logistics requirements.
• Support warehouse operations, including stock reconciliation and order fulfillment.
• Assist in periodic audits, documentation, and logistics process improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics tracking tools.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
