Senior Executive - Logistics

As a Senior Executive in Logistics at Mahindra HZPC Pvt. Ltd., your primary role is to ensure smooth operations and maintain quality standards in the logistics processes. Your responsibilities include: - Selection and allotment of lots for issuing indent slips based on sales and agronomy indents - Preparing SOP for the selection of lots for different planting methods and seasons - Issuing indent slips to the cold store following the template review process - Conducting quality checks, sampling bags, and preparing reports before dispatch - Defining SOP for quality checks of leftover bags not dispatched within 48 hours - Generating Stock Utilization Reports daily and ensuring completion without any pending tasks - Supervising the loading of vehicles and issuing invoices based on SAP data - Providing daily updates on ready stock levels to the Logistics Manager - Supervising the inspection of out-grade materials to ensure quality standards - Coordinating the disposal of waste and rotten materials with the CS manager - Managing truck indents post-load based on allocated indents - Overseeing truck arrival schedules and coordinating with transport executives - Arranging labor for sorting and loading operations and finalizing rates with approval from management - Verifying exit material details for invoicing purposes and ensuring accuracy - Maintaining regular contact with CS owners for daily exit plans and operational needs - Arranging infrastructure requirements such as stitching machines and equipment - Generating daily MIS reports for indents, dispatches, and Stock Utilization Reports - Handling bags receipts, issuance, and stock keeping management - Ensuring proper disposal and reporting of used, rejected, and waste bags - Participating in indent allocation meetings and updating dispatch status regularly - Managing SAP entries for invoicing, stock booking, and grade changes - Handling inter-store stock transfers and GRN processes in SAP - Checking grading, sorting, hammali, and labor bills for accuracy - Processing shed-related bills and expenses - Preparing and submitting Q Forms for out-of-state dispatches - Identifying and reporting higher rottage lots for quality validation - Making decisions on substandard lots based on rottage levels Your role as a Senior Executive in Logistics at Mahindra HZPC Pvt.
