Senior Executive - Logistics

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assigned Zone Depot support and co-ordination to improve the warehouse operations and efficiency. Additionally, PAN India co-ordination for assigned sales channels like CSD, B2B, and ECOM will be a part of your role. As a core member of Full Stock physical count of inventory, you will ensure statutory compliance and Safety guidelines are followed and implemented at various warehouse locations under assigned Zone. Monitoring and improvisation of Logistics KRA will also fall under your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting Warehouse problems such as issues in the ERP system with the help of MIS, IT team, and different cross-functional teams. - Resolving customer queries related to Money Receipt and Ledger details from the system. - Providing continuous training on Logistics & AR SOPS, change in business processes, and Kaizen initiatives to CFA/3PL Staff. - Driving various Logistics infra projects for the zone, like the change of warehouse location, change of CFA/3PL, cost optimization initiatives, and supply distribution network optimization for faster order fulfillments. Qualification Required: - University Graduate preferably from an Engineering background. - 7-8 years of experience in Logistics, preferably with 3PL experience. - Experience of working in a similar capacity. - Strong planning & organizing skills. - Team player.
