To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we re looking to add a Senior Executive Logistics located in Bangalore, Bingipura.
What a typical day looks like :
To manage the Defective Pickup and Deliveries from WH for Repair and Return.
Compile the Daily Pickup and Delivery status reports.
Follow-up with couriers for Over Due Pickup and Deliveries.
Create Pickup request, AWB & E Waybill for pickups.
Identify the low performing lanes and rotate couriers to improve the performance.
Share data for weekly and monthly meeting with customers.
Respond all mails from internal and external customers regarding Logistics.
Take care of the dedicated vehicle movement from Flex to Customer and back.
The experience we re looking to add to our team
Typically requires a minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in Logistics Operations.
Experience in After Market Support
Should have experience in Space Management
Excellent knowledge on using tools like MS Excel, Power Point etc.
