Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager to join our growing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess excellent team management skills, client handling experience, and strong knowledge of social media platforms. This role involves overseeing team operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to strategic digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals. Monitor daily operations and ensure timely project delivery. Client Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions. Maintain strong relationships through consistent communication and support. Social Media Management: Oversee the planning and execution of social media strategies. Analyze platform trends and engagement metrics. Coordinate with creative teams for content planning and campaign management. Project Coordination: Track project timelines and deliverables. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and accuracy. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on team performance, project status, and social media analytics .
