Job Description

Should have sound knowledge of Capacity Planning & Scheduling.
Should have Team Handling Experience.
Data management, Exceptional analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive historical trend and able to imply whenever / wherever for efficient staffing plan.
Coordinate and facilitate collaboration with Operations Leadership and Client.
Should have advance knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel.
Should be able to create and deliver excellent Presentations.
Should be prepare Schedules using Erlang & recommend changes based arrival trend if required.
Should be able to prepare weekly Historical Trend of Shrinkage, Attrition & other leakages which is impacting staffing & recommend new trend.
