About the Role: We are looking for an ambitious and driven Assistant Manager – Client Relations to lead national and international conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events. If you have a passion for events and excel at managing client interactions, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute conferences, exhibitions, and events across global and domestic markets. Engage with sponsors, delegates, and exhibitors.

Build relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.

Develop tailored proposals and negotiate terms.

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution.

Conduct market research and manage client info using CRM tools.

Ensure timely delivery of project goals and KPIs.

Travel for meetings, site visits, and event coordination.

Requirements:

0–1 year of experience in conferences, exhibitions, or B2B events.

(Freshers can apply) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong interest in the events & client servicing industry.

Willingness to travel (domestic & international).

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM knowledge preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to international markets (USA, UAE, UK, APAC) is a plus.

Familiarity with event formats like summits, exhibitions, awards, etc.

Interest or background in tech, healthcare, finance, or manufacturing sectors.
