Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Customer Support at Asahi India Glass Ltd, located in the glass industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Develop and implement effective customer support strategies to enhance satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall service quality.
