We are Hiring Assistant Manager at Hexaware Technologies

Location -Nagpur

Shifts -5 days of work with rotational week off

Education - Graduate & Undergrduate

Role & responsibilities

  • Team management in Customer Service Domain
  • Attrition Management
  • Preparation of Daily Reports
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
  • Monthly Business Reviews (MBR)
  • Handling Team Leads
  • Ensuring process compliance
  • Performance Improvement Initiatives
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Resource Allocation
  • Experience in Customer Service domain
  • Experience in BPO Operations\
  • HSC with a minimum of 6 years of overall experience, including 1 year as a Assistant Manager from any inbound call center (OR)
  • Graduate with minimum of 6 years of overall experience including 1 year as a Assistant Manager from any inbound call center.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in attrition management
  • Proficiency in report preparation
