Intoglo is a fast-growing cross-border logistics startup founded by ISB + IIM Alumni specializing in door-to-door shipping solutions from India to USA. We work directly with shipping lines, customs brokers, and truckers to ensure seamless logistics for Indian exporters. We're a layerless, transparent, and offer real-time shipment tracking to our clients. We are currently working with 200+ MSMEs and D2C brands like Sonalika Tractors, SONA Comstar, Nykaa, KEI Industries and more. As an Assistant Manager - Customer Growth, you will play a key role in driving sales by converting leads for our door-to-door shipment services working with Indian exporters based out of Delhi NCR Key Responsibilities Visit and engage with potential clients to educate them about Intoglo’s shipping services, with a clear explanation of our India–USA shipment process. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain momentum until deal closure. Update CRM systems regularly and report daily progress to the leadership team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: 2-3 years of previous sales experience Excellent communication skills A self-starter with an sales mindset, capable of delivering results Quick learner with the ability to understand logistics and shipping services Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
