We work directly with shipping lines, customs brokers, and truckers to ensure seamless logistics for Indian exporters. We're a layerless, transparent, and offer real-time shipment tracking to our clients. We are currently working with 200+ MSMEs and D2C brands like Sonalika Tractors, SONA Comstar, Nykaa, KEI Industries and more. As an Assistant Manager - Customer Growth, you will play a key role in driving sales by converting leads for our door-to-door shipment services working with Indian exporters based out of Delhi NCR Key Responsibilities Visit and engage with potential clients to educate them about Intoglo’s shipping services, with a clear explanation of our India–USA shipment process. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain momentum until deal closure. Update CRM systems regularly and report daily progress to the leadership team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
