As an Assistant Manager - Customer Growth, you will play a key role in driving sales by converting leads for our door-to-door shipment services working with Indian exporters based out of Delhi NCR Key Responsibilities Visit and engage with potential clients to educate them about Intoglo’s shipping services, with a clear explanation of our India–USA shipment process. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain momentum until deal closure. Update CRM systems regularly and report daily progress to the leadership team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
