Job Summary:

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. The CRM - assistant manager will ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.

Customer Service:

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and issues efficiently.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain accurate client interactions, transactions, and feedback records.
• Generate regular reports on client activities and market insights for management.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the real estate sector.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
