Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Chennai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team members, ensuring product quality, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Duties include coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, implementing operational strategies, and resolving any issues that arise. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for training staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in team management and leadership skills
Strong operational and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
