1. Monitor and manage product costing, cost variance analysis, and cost control processes.
2. Looking after overall daily plant commercial activities and TB analysis.
3. Support budgeting and forecasting processes and monitor adherence to budgets.
4. Co-ordination with corporate Costing team on regular basis.
Stock audit (on need basis), Stock Ageing Analysis.
5. Labour , Energy , Repairs and Consumables Analysis
6. Monthly GP Analysis
7. Sales Rate, Volume, Mix Analysis
8. Supporting BU queries related to MIS GP for BRM on need basis.
9. Assist in monthly MIS, profitability analysis, and standard costing updates.
10. Conduct plant-level inventory control, material reconciliation, and scrap management.
11. Support internal and statutory audits with required data and reconciliations.
12. Evaluate capital expenditures, and cost-benefit analysis for plant investments.
13. Assist in GST input validation, compliance, and coordination with finance/legal teams.
14. Ensure adherence to SOPs and internal control mechanisms.
