Assistant Manager Content Experience: 6-7 years Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager Content to lead and execute our content strategy across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in content creation,editing, team management, and a working knowledge of SEO and content marketing. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of writers and editors to ensure high-quality, timely content delivery Plan and manage content calendars aligned with business goals. Write, review, and edit long-form and short-form content. Collaborate with the SEO team to create content that drives traffic and conversions. Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all content Track content performance metrics and provide actionable insights Contribute to monetization strategies via content Requirements: 6-7 years of experience in content writing and editing roles 12 years of experience in leading or mentoring a content team Strong grasp of English grammar, structure, and storytelling Working knowledge of on-page SEO and keyword research tools Basic understanding of content marketing metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) Exposure to revenue-driven content strategies is a plus Excellent project and time management skills
