Assistant Manager - Content

As a Content Team Lead at Stellar, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content such as blogs, articles, case studies, white papers, and e-books to support the marketing goals of Enterprise software and services business. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and mentoring Content Writers/Sr. Content Writers. Your key responsibilities will include creating well-researched content as per the monthly calendar and on-demand requirements, incorporating feedback to enhance content quality, analyzing content performance using Google Web Analytics, and preparing monthly/quarterly performance reports. You will act as the primary liaison between content writers and business executives to ensure seamless content delivery and manage day-to-day assignments and timelines for Writers/Sr. Writers. In addition to strong English language skills, you should possess extensive experience in writing content for enterprise software products and services, with a focus on technology blogging. Familiarity with writing for US and UK audiences, content marketing principles, and HubSpot Content Marketing certification will be advantageous. You should be adept at researching new content ideas, working in a fast-paced environment, and mentoring team members to enhance their skills. Ideally, you should hold a B.Tech. (Computer Science) / BCA / MCA degree with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience, including at least 3 years of team handling experience in writing Information and Computer Technology (ICT)-related content. A strong analytical ability, along with the capability to collaborate with various stakeholders including writers, editors, and SEO/PPC specialists, will be essential for this role.
