IGT Solutions is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to lead a Content Moderation team handling images, videos & text , including sensitive content. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Manage & motivate a team of agents handling international content moderation Monitor performance, conduct reviews & ensure daily targets (>1000 cases/agent, 99% accuracy) Deliver coaching, feedback & regular audits Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, L&D, Transport) Ensure team well-being & engagement Share data insights & suggest policy/process improvements 🔹 Must-Have Skills: Prior experience managing a content moderation team for an international client Strong knowledge of moderation across images, text, short videos (including afflictive content) Proficiency in team & performance management Excellent stakeholder coordination & communication Willingness to work in flexible shifts 🔸 Why IGT?
