Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager-Client Servicing|International in TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED, located in the BPO / Call Centre industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and implement effective client servicing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Build strong relationships with clients to increase loyalty and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.

Job Requirements
