Service request management

• Timely closure of Service Requests as per the Service Level Agreement
• To ensure First Time Right service request loan closure dockets dispatched to branches with no SR beyond TAT as per regulatory compliance. Ensure that no case of " Documents Lost" is observed
• Follow ups with branches and proper hand holding with CSMs for raising correct service related requests for Prime & Roshni.
• Maintaining daily courier tracker mechanism ensuring customer property documents are delivered to their correct destination for Prime & Roshni. Escalation to blue dart team if undelivered. Ensure availability of barcodes beforehand ensuring timely docket dispatch.
• Follow ups with branches for receipt of acknowledgement of release of property documents and quality closure/assignment with proper SR remarks.
• Tracking the mails from PAN India branches regarding loan closure, scanning & other related queries.
• Allocation of job to the team under for timely generation of daily service request spool & timely raising of service request of docket/files retrieval from storage vendor Iron Mountain.
• Coordinate with vendor Benir & central team Noida for availability of stationery items beforehand for loan closure dispatch, digitization, in-warding & other CPC related activities.
• Publishing CPC activities daily basis internally.

Temporary release of files/dockets Prime & Roshni

• Timely retrieval of temporary release of files/dockets Prime & Roshni for legal/audit/court hearing/checking purpose as per process along with due approvals from competent authorities.
• Follow ups with branches to retrieve back files/dockets as per MIS published from Central office, Noida & ensure roll back of files/dockets in system as well those were temporary released.
• Refile of temporary file/dockets to vendor storage vendor Iron Mountain & reconciliation to be shared with the team internally.

Temporary release of share certificates

• Ensure timely release of share certificates Prime & Roshni branches upon receipt of SR.
• Follow ups with branches for dispatch of share certificates post endorsement via raising SR in system for better tracking for their removal of MIS published Centrally from Noida.
• Follow ups with branches for pending share certificates/13(2)/other documents as per MIS published from Central office, Noida

CRC / Iron Mountain - vendor management

• Schedule timely pre-alert pickup and delivery with CRC. Co-ordinate with them for sharing proper inventory post in-warding. And share recon with team internally
• Follow up with CRC for seeking barcodes to be pasted on loan closure dockets before dispatch.

Audit Related

• Consolidate monthly loan closure data to be shared with Central team, Noida. Loan closure data comprises of total no. of dockets dispatched monthly/quarterly along with POD along with ageing ensuring TAT
• Handling audit related queries Internal as well as External.

Learning & development

• Ensuring completion of mandatory Mondays learning & other CPC activities assigned time to time like repayment authorization, digitization, upload of inward dockets/files/PDD & CKYC management etc.
