Talent Development
Classification of talent basis performance & potential
Identification of high-performance talent
Creating development plans for high performers
Ring –fencing and retention of high potential & high performers
Capability Building
Implementation of development plans
Measuring effectiveness of development plans execution
Linking development objectives to business delivery
Resourcing Talent
Identifying talent needs in a proactive manner
Mapping of talent externally
Sourcing of talent to meet current & future business needs
Driving Employee Commitment
Work towards building a great place to work by objectively enhancing employee commitment
Focus on creating a culture of respect, pride in the job, fairness & camaraderie
Implementing regular process of rewards & recognition across levels
Continual connect with employees to proactively address employee issues
Ensuring Employee Discipline
