Key Responsibilities
Provide application support to customers using ZW3D (3D & 2D) and Moldex Mold Flow software Assist customers in product design and mold design workflows Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide effective technical solutions Conduct software demonstrations, training sessions, and customer hand-holding Support pre-sales and post-sales technical activities in coordination with the sales team Document customer issues, solutions, and best practices Stay updated with software enhancements and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in Product Design and Mold Design Hands-on experience with ZW3D and 2D drafting tools Working knowledge of Moldex Mold Flow is preferred Experience with Cimatron, VISI, or Siemens NX is acceptable Strong understanding of plastic injection mold design concepts Good communication and customer-handling skills Willingness to support customers across PAN India (remote/onsite as required)
Preferred Profile
Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Tool Design, or related fields Experience in application support, technical support, or CAD/CAM training Exposure to software sales support environment is an advantage
