Assistant Manager Business Development Cum Tendering

Role Overview: As a Civil Engineer in our company, you will be responsible for business development and tendering activities. Your role will involve effective communication skills, traveling, and utilizing excellent computer skills. You will be contacting potential clients, planning marketing initiatives, researching for new opportunities, and developing new markets. Additionally, you will be attending conferences, developing quotes and proposals, and ensuring business growth goals are met. Your expertise in tendering and contract management will be crucial in preparing tenders and coordinating tender activities. Key Responsibilities: - Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings - Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives - Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities - Increase the value of current customers and attract new ones - Find and develop new markets and improve business - Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events - Develop quotes and proposals for clients - Set goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met - Train personnel and help team members develop their skills - Prepare tenders and manage activities in tender preparation - Coordinate pre-tendering documents such as BOQ and technical conditions of contract - Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain documentation and records - Experience in tendering, bid submission, and contract management in infrastructure projects Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, postgraduate degree preferred - 1-5 years of total experience - Strong computer skills with knowledge of spreadsheet and PowerPoint operations Location: Head Office - Navi Mumbai (Local Candidates Preferred),
