• Support safety, health, and environment (SHE) initiatives.
• Collaborate with production teams for manpower planning and shift management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 10–13 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/foundry sector.
• Proficiency in

  SAP HR

  and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of

  Industrial Law

• Fluency in
