Assistant Manager

. Perform Billing, Order Management and Contract Review for clients with strong communication skills

. Demonstrate good knowledge of accounts receivable principles and concepts.

. Contact customers via email and MS Teams on a day-to-day basis.

. Act as the Voice of the Customer internally to represent customer needs and wants.

. Exhibit strong proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets.

. Display excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.

. Impart process training to all new joiners.

. Provide and accept timely feedback on process training and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.

. Clear the assist queue daily and provide feedback to team members.

. Act as a mentor to the team.

. Acquire new process knowledge and operate as a domain knowledge expert maintain an exceptional database and process updates.

. Substitute for the Assistant Manager in their absence on the floor.

. Contribute to processing as needed and ensure targets are met in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

. Work on process improvements and promote the sharing of best practices across the team.

. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
