Job Description:

Possesses knowledge about credit domain, life cycle of loan, boarding and funding processes, in a specialized function like Lending fulfillment or Lending Servicing or skill gained through work experience or formal training. IC role with responsibility to deliver critical to quality metrics for the lines of businesses that he/she supports. Additionally recommended skills like solutions to moderately complex problems, lead or train other associates and/or supervise highly routine work. Possesses leadership, communication & problem solving skills., flexible , driving team taking ownership acting as back up to process manager being in IC role. May also perform a specialist role in a support function performing routine transactions or functional activities. Incumbents would be Graduates / Post Graduates with 48 - 60 months of work experience with at least 12 months experience of Lending Servicing or Lending fulfillment functions
