Job Description

  • Prepare, verify, and process

    RA bills, final bills, subcontractor/vendor bills

    in line with project progress and BOQs.
  • Review and validate

    GFC drawings, BOQs, and measurement sheets

    for accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
  • Support in drafting, reviewing, and managing

    contracts, work orders, and variation statements

    with vendors/contractors.
  • Coordinate with project execution, procurement, planning, and finance teams for smooth billing operations.
  • Ensure statutory compliance including

    GST, TDS, and audit documentation

    .
  • Generate

    MIS reports

    on billing progress, cash flow, and pending approvals.
  • Reconcile materials and prepare cost estimates to support project budgeting.
  • Handle

    SAP implementation for Billing & Contracts module

    ensure seamless data migration, process mapping, and team training.
  • Act as a bridge between the finance/IT team and projects team for ERP-related issue resolution.
  • Assist senior management in automation initiatives and continuous improvement of billing & contracts processes.
