As an Assistant Manager in B2C Sales within the Logistics Industry, your role involves the following responsibilities: - **Sales Strategy & Target Completion:** - Develop and execute B2C sales strategies for logistics services such as courier, last-mile delivery, warehousing, and freight solutions. - Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Monitor KPIs like lead conversion, order volumes, and revenue generation to ensure target completion. - **Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:** - Manage end-to-end client onboarding, from initial discussions to contract finalization and smooth integration with operations. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business. - Address client concerns, queries, and service issues promptly. - **Individual Contribution & Sales Execution:** - Play an active role in acquiring new business through direct client interactions and outreach efforts. - Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and showcase product/service demos. - Support the sales team in closing high-value deals and key accounts. - **Team Leadership & Collaboration:** - Provide mentorship and guidance to the B2C sales team to enhance individual and collective performance. - Collaborate with operations, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and successful campaign execution.
