Assistant Manager – B2C Sales (Logistics Industry)
✅ Sales Strategy & Target Completion:
✅ Develop and execute B2C sales strategies for logistics services including courier, last-mile delivery, warehousing, and freight solutions.✅ Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently on a monthly and quarterly basis.✅ Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion, order volumes, and revenue generation to ensure target completion.
✅ Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:
✅ Handle end-to-end client onboarding — from initial discussions to finalizing contracts and smooth integration with operations.✅ Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.✅ Address escalated client concerns, queries, and service issues promptly.
✅ Individual Contribution & Sales Execution:
✅ Actively contribute to new business acquisition through direct client interactions and outreach.✅ Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos.✅ Provide support to the sales team in closing high-value deals and key accounts.
✅ Team Leadership & Collaboration:
✅ Mentor and guide the B2C sales team to maximize individual and collective performance.✅ Coordinate with operations, marketing, and logistics teams for seamless service delivery and campaign execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
